General Instructions:

1. *Do not enter the Registration No. yourself. *Enclose self attested photocopies of documents towards proof of Date of Birth/Residence/Sibling/School Alumni. *Form with incomplete details/documents or with cutting/overwriting will be rejected.
2. On Registration of applicant after verification of documents,the Registration Number will be intimated through E-mail. The points as per Admission Criteria will be allotted by the school and the merit list will be prepared in descending order of points scored by the applicants. The list of selected applicants will be prepared as per order of merit (alloted points). In case applicants with similar points are more than the seats available, the applicants will be selected by conduct of draw of lot.
3. The rent agreement executed at the office of Sub-Registrar at least three month prior to the issue of admission notification will only be acceptable. The notarized rent agreement will not be acceptable.

In Case, any information is found to be false or incorrect the Form may be rejected and the same will not be processed for admission. The submission of Registration Form will not be a guarantee for admission. I also undertake that i will point out error if any in allotment of points to my ward within the time schedule notified by the school in this regard and after that my claim for rectificatoin of error will not be entertained by the school.
